Cancel Sent Order

After an order is sent to the PhotoReflect Pro lab or the PhotoReflect Gift lab you may need to cancel the order before it has been printed.


The PhotoReflect Pro lab and PhotoReflect Gift lab prints most orders within 24 hours of the order being sent to the lab. Please email support@photoreflect.com as soon as possible with the order number and we will cancel your order if it has not been printed. Once the PhotoReflect care team has canceled your order from the lab we email you a confirmation that the order has been canceled.
